Where do the events take place?
All our beach parties are held on the French Riviera, mainly between Nice, Saint-Laurent-du-Var and Golfe-Juan. The exact address is shown on each event page, with a link to the map.
How do I book?
Open the event page and tap the booking button. Depending on the party, you book directly on this website (card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, no account needed) or on our ticketing partner Shotgun: the event page tells you which.
How do I receive my ticket?
Ticket bought on this website: by e-mail right after payment, one QR code per entry with a PDF attached, and also on your order page. Ticket bought on Shotgun: in Shotgun's e-mail and in your Shotgun account. Remember to check your spam folder.
I lost my ticket, what do I do?
Ticket bought on this website: go to the “Find my tickets” page and enter the e-mail address used for the order, we send your tickets again. Ticket bought on Shotgun: it is in your Shotgun account (app or shotgun.live).
What happens at the entrance?
Show your QR code at the entrance, on your phone or printed. One QR code is one entry: the first scan is accepted, a copy will not get in. So do not share your ticket.
Is there a dress code?
The JetSetBoat spirit is chic & beach: elegant outfits suited to sand and sea. Barefoot, linen, silk, premium beachwear. Avoid closed shoes and overly formal attire.
What is the cancellation policy?
If we cancel (weather, force majeure), we refund you in full on our own initiative, with no action needed from you, at the latest within 14 days of the cancellation announcement. If the party is postponed to a date that does not suit you, ask for a refund within 14 days of the announcement. Apart from cancellation or postponement, tickets are non-refundable (no right of withdrawal for a party on a fixed date). A ticket bought on Shotgun is refunded through Shotgun. What is the minimum age?
Our events are for adults only (18+). A valid ID may be requested at the entrance.
