Data collected
We collect the following data only when you voluntarily provide it:

- → Reviews — first name, rating (1–5 stars), comment
- → Navigation data — IP address (anonymized), pages visited, session duration (for statistical purposes only)
We do not collect payment card data. Bookings are handled by Shotgun, which has its own privacy policy.
Purpose of processing
- → Responding to your messages and contact requests
- → Displaying approved reviews on the site (after moderation)
- → Improving the site and its content via anonymous statistics
- → Complying with our legal obligations
Data retention
- → Contact messages: 1 year from receipt
- → Reviews: retained as long as they are displayed on the site, deleted upon request
- → Navigation data: 13 months maximum
